A realization of an engineer’s dream, JDJM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES was established in November 2021 by Engr. Jexel P. Hernandez. A startup construction company which aims to provide high-quality service through safe and standard engineering practice is the company’s utmost priority.

 

Prior to jumpstarting this company, proprietor worked as a Project Engineer for a reputable construction firm, and was later promoted to Project Assistant Manager for Visayas Area before he resigned to pursue his ultimate goal. To have worked for a company which specializes on Interior Fit-Out Renovation for banks and universities, he was exposed to managing projects and execute beyond his credential as an electrical engineer. Ten years of employment has expanded his knowledge and skills in various fields of engineering which proves to be advantageous towards this earnest endeavor.

 

Being the company’s top engineer based on volume and profit share for years, he proved he is capable to excel beyond what was expected of him. To have been assigned in various project locations within Visayas and Mindanao area, he overcame obstacles of disasters from war, natural calamities, and even pandemic by being committed in providing quality service towards every project completion.

 

His determination pushes him to go and fulfill his dream and apply all the learning’s to its company and to make his own legacy. A legacy that will not just be remembered for his works but for the passion, drive and dedication that he always brings in the work place.
