In 2017 Coppler Technology and Advisory Corporation started as a sub-contracting service firm. In a year it was able to satisfy clients from established Telecommunication Companies. After a year it was officially launched as a company in 2018. It has already been providing sub-contracting support services to several telecom service companies to implement the projects of Technology Equipment Providers for Philippine Long Distance Telecommunication Company (PLDT), Globe Telecom, and Dito Telecommunity. 

From 2017 to date, the company was able to accomplish fiber network projects in the areas of Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales and Pangasinan. It was able to cover the far Northern Luzon areas such as Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan. Also covering South Luzon project in Batangas and Quezon. These projects were composed of FTTH, FTTBTS, HDD, and Tower Civil Works & Erection. Activities covers from Site Engineering, Permitting, Site Acquisition, Implementation, and Turnover (Acceptance).
