Noli Otara practiced his profession as a Professional Civil Engineer. Thru the years he gained vast knowledge, experience and expertise in the fields of construction and engineering.
Equipped with years of experience and technical know-how, he founded NEEER BUILDERS. The name of the company, NEEER BUILDERS is the combination of his name, his wife's name, his son and daughter’s name. Truly he holds dear to his heart what’s the company's name stands for, all his beloved ones.
